- Not Covered: Soft bans, shadow bans, cooldowns, or temporary restrictions. (Those are just salty haters mass-reporting.)
- Not Covered: Bans from using other cheats, mods, or breaking game rules outside Omniscient.
- Not Covered: Bans outside your active paid subscription period.
How to Claim Your Refund
Think you got unfairly banned? Here’s how to get your money back:
- You must submit your claim within 3 days of the ban or subscription purchase, whichever is later.
- Email your claim to support@omniscientedge.com with:
- The original ban notification/email from the game publisher (no Photoshop, please — we check).
- Your subscription payment receipt and the email you used to subscribe.
- The exact date and time the ban was issued.
- We’ll verify you were actively using Omniscient at the time by checking our subscription and usage logs.
- If verified, we’ll refund your money — no questions asked.
Don’t Even Think About Scamming Us
